Internship Opportunity with A.P.N.G. Enterprises

A.P.N.G. Enterprises is a New York based transmedia entertainment company that is active in comic books (distributed by Marvel), films, video games, and television. A.P.N.G. is looking for an intern to be involved in multiple facets of the company, with an emphasis on social media marketing efforts. These social media marketing efforts include but are not limited to expanding influence on Twitter, continued development of friends on Facebook, and updating the look and feel of the NEW-GEN Myspace page. Also in this position is the opportunity for some event work and inclusion in some aspects of live action film development. School credit is possible depending on the requirements of the school. This internship is a three-month internship, dependent on when the applicant starts.

Requirements:

A.P.N.G. Enterprises is looking for individuals who are self-motivated and can work independently at times if need be. They need to have a working knowledge of social media, and have ideas on how to build within the realm of social media. Applicants need to show some knowledge of the entertainment business, more importantly in the areas of film and comics.  Event planning and web design skills are preferred, but not required. Laptop required. Must be able to work at our New York City office at least one day a week. Do not apply if you are unable to fulfill either of the last two requirements.
